Line Cook

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Line Cook (Reliever) to support kitchen operations across our branches in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will prepare high-quality food, maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, and provide reliever support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, team-oriented, and willing to travel between branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is prepared and served accurately, consistently, and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and food storage areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies using FIFO procedures.
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages or quality concerns to the Branch Supervisor.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different branches within Metro Manila (e.g., Makati, Taguig, Parañaque, Las Piñas, and nearby areas) as a reliever as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate; a Culinary or Hospitality-related course is an advantage.
• With at least 6 to 12 months of experience as a Line Cook, Cook, Kitchen Staff, or in a similar role.
• Knowledgeable in food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen operations.
• Experience in cafés or fine dining restaurants is an advantage.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different branches within Metro Manila and nearby areas as a reliever as needed.
• Possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
