Job Description
Analyzes the need for goods and services, both internally and externally.
Builds good relationships with suppliers, vendors, partners, and customers regarding the logistics process.
Manages administration and documentation related to the procurement of goods and services, such as purchase orders, invoices, receipts, delivery notes, etc.
Manages inventory of goods and services in warehouses or other storage areas, including stock checks, layout arrangements, maintenance, and security.
Develops schedules and routes for the delivery of goods and services to customers or other destinations, taking into account factors such as vehicle capacity, traffic conditions, weather, etc.
Oversees the delivery process of goods and services from start to finish, including coordinating with relevant parties such as drivers, couriers, shipping companies, etc.
Ensures that delivered goods and services meet established criteria, such as quality, quantity, physical condition, etc.
Resolves problems or obstacles that may arise during the logistics process, such as delays, damage, loss, etc.
Create logistics reports that include data such as the number of incoming and outgoing goods and services, logistics costs incurred,
Provide suggestions or proposals for improvements related to the logistics process to superiors or relevant parties.
Maintain good and effective communication with all parties involved in the logistics process.
Qualifications
Domiciled in Greater Bandung and surrounding areas
Willing to work overtime, on public holidays, and weekends if needed
Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain Management (with extensive experience in a similar field)
Preferably with at least 3 years of experience working in the civil/construction sector
Good communication skills
Committed to integrity and ability to maintain company confidentiality
Has a private vehicle (motorcycle) and a Class C driver's license (SIM C), and is able to drive a car with a Class A driver's license
