"As part of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, support internal and external audits, manage supplier quality activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization."
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Systems or Quality Assurance, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and other Quality Management Systems.
Experience in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
Familiar with coordinating internal/external audits, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and non-conformity management.
Experience in supplier quality activities, including supplier approval and supplier audits, is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
