Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in multiple languages, including Cantonese, Khmer, Thai, Bahasa, and Vietnamese.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order management while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and participate in training as needed.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Skills and Competencies: Bilingual in Cantonese, Khmer, Thai, Bahasa, or Vietnamese, proficient in English, excellent communication skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage customer requests in a fast-paced environment
• Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused, empathetic, and capable of working in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is preferred but not required
• Can start ASAP
