Qualifications :
Minimum experience 5-10 years in a similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop kitchen teams.
Proficient in menu development, recipe standardization, and food costing. (1,2,3)
Strong knowledge of inventory management, quality control, and cost efficiency. (2,3,4)
Able to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holiday.
Willing to be assigned to any Allez Group outlet based on business needs.
