We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support various HR initiatives while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Department Heads and Team Leads to conduct performance appraisal of fixed-term employment (PKWT) and probation periods in compliance with applicable labor regulations
Prepare, monitor, and maintain monthly employee status reports, including resignations, compensation recipients, and permanent employee confirmations, to support payroll processing
Coordinate employee transfers/mutation and allowances across all sites
Handle employment administration and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Coordinate workplace accident reporting and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (JKK) claims
Source qualified candidates to fill current vacancies and anticipate future hiring needs based on the recruitment plan
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, psychological assessments, job offers, MCU, and onboarding
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Fresh graduates are prioritized
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail
Proactive, confident, and eager to learn
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
