About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor E-Commerce to join PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia, the distributor for TECNO Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta where you will take a leadership role in overseeing our e-commerce operations and driving sales growth through digital channels. As Supervisor E-Commerce, you will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, coordinating with various e-commerce partners, and ensuring excellent customer relationships across all digital touchpoints. This role is critical to our expansion strategy in the Indonesian e-commerce market and will have a direct impact on our revenue targets and market presence.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online platforms and marketplaces
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates and enhance customer engagement
Coordinate with e-commerce partners, including marketplaces and logistics providers, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and prepare regular reports for senior management
Manage inventory levels and stock allocation across different e-commerce channels to optimise availability and reduce stockouts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners and e-commerce stakeholders
Oversee customer service quality and address escalated issues to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings
Lead and mentor team members involved in e-commerce operations, providing guidance and performance feedback
Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers to drive traffic and boost sales
Analyse competitor activities and identify opportunities for competitive advantage in the digital space
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, account management or sales supervision within the technology or mobile industry
Proven track record of managing multiple e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces successfully
Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce landscape and familiarity with major platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada and Blibli
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with marketplace partners and logistics providers
Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets through digital channels
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales metrics, KPIs and market trends
Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience supervising and developing team members
Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across different stakeholder groups
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions quickly
Experience with inventory management systems and order management tools is desirable
Knowledge of TECNO products or similar technology brands is a plus
