About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Administrative Department Head to oversee our financial management and General Affairs operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial planning, ensuring administrative compliance, and leading a high-performing team to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Strategic Planning: Handle corporate budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning processes.
Reporting & Policies: Ensure timely, accurate management reports and implement robust financial strategies and procedures.
General Affairs Oversight: Supervise daily GA operations, manage office facilities, procurement activities, and vendor relationships.
Compliance & Asset Management: Monitor company assets, operational permits, and ensure strict administrative compliance.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the administrative and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax regulations.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Solid leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring a team.
Good understanding of facility, asset, and vendor management.
