We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of strategic enterprise-national-scale technology platforms. You will bridge business objectives and technical execution while guiding engineering teams across multiple products and initiatives, including:
Enterprise Document Management System (DMS)
AI On-Premise Platform & LLM Infrastructure
AI-powered Applications
Public Service Digital Platforms
Large-scale System Integration Projects
This role combines hands-on technical leadership, architecture governance, engineering excellence, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Technical Leadership
Define and maintain technical architecture standards across products and projects.
Establish engineering best practices, SDLC, coding standards, security standards, and development guidelines.
Review and approve solution architecture, technical design, and implementation approaches.
Ensure scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance of all systems.
2. Architecture & Engineering Governance
Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
Manage technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability of platforms.
Define CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and software quality standards.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational requirements.
3. Project & Delivery Support
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, CTO, and stakeholders.
Support engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.
Participate in planning, estimation, risk assessment, and technical roadmap development.
Provide guidance during critical project phases and production deployments.
4. Incident & Operational Excellence
Act as an escalation point for critical technical issues.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-severity incidents.
Ensure system stability, availability, and operational readiness.
5. Team Development
Mentor Senior Developers and Development Leads.
Conduct code reviews for critical components.
Improve engineering capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Foster engineering culture through tech talks, technical workshops, and innovation initiatives.
6. Innovation & Research
Conduct technology scouting, research, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies related to:
? Artificial Intelligence both on premise or API based
? Large scale data & document management
? Enterprise Integration
? Cloud & On-Prem InfrastructureRequirements
7. Mandatory Qualifications
Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale systems.
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and system design.
Technical Skills :
1. Backend & API
Experience with enterprise software development technologies.
Experience with REST API, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Experience integrating with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
Experience with Containerization.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and/or on-premise infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of database implementation
Understanding of data governance and large-scale data management.
Understanding of AI ecosystems, technology, infrastructure and implementation.
Experience with RAG Architecture, or AI Platforms.
Leadership Competencies :
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Ability to make architectural decisions under uncertainty and changing requirements.
