Quantity Surveyor - Interior

PT. Karangmas Sejahtera is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor who focus on interior to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and controlling the costs related to construction projects. Your role will involve analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, and managing project budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of construction costing and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and drawings to understand project scope and requirements.

• Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for cost estimation.

• Prepare cost estimates and material quantities for construction projects.

• Analyze project costs, identify areas of potential savings, and provide cost control recommendations.

• Prepare and maintain project budgets, monitoring actual costs against the budget.

• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents.

• Review and evaluate subcontractor quotes and negotiate pricing.

• Assist in the preparation of progress payments and variations.

• Provide support and advice to project teams on cost-related matters.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cost control and estimation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and methods.

• Proficient in quantity surveying software, CAD and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
