We’re Hiring: Senior 3D Animator

We build AI-powered tools that help organisations understand and develop their people. Some ideas are complex. Your job is to turn them into visuals people actually remember.

We're looking for a Lead 3D Animator who can drive the creative vision, lead a team of animators, and deliver high-quality 3D/2D animation projects from concept to final output.

What you'll do

• Lead the production of 3D/2D animations based on creative briefs, storyboards, and visual standards.

• Manage and mentor the animation team, including task allocation, coaching, and skill development.

• Review and quality-check animation outputs to ensure consistency in style, technical execution, and overall quality.

• Plan workflows, timelines, and project priorities to ensure on-time delivery.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to translate ideas into engaging visual experiences.

• Continuously improve creative processes, production efficiency, and team performance.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in animation, including experience as a Senior Animator.

• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, squash & stretch, anticipation).

• Proficient in at least two major 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.

• Experienced in character animation and/or 3D motion graphics.

• Able to interpret creative briefs and storyboards into compelling visual content.

• Strong understanding of lighting, camera setup, rendering, and final production workflows.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience leading and developing creative teams.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end 3D animation production pipelines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to maintain quality while delivering projects on schedule.

• A portfolio showcasing both creative excellence and leadership contributions.
