Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Leadership: Manage and optimize complex cash flow cycles, providing weekly forecasting and proactive planning to support ongoing construction phases.
Project P&L Management: Set up and manage dedicated P&Ls per project and per phase, ensuring granular visibility into the financial health of each development.
Budgetary Oversight: Monitor budgets, perform rigorous cost analysis, and review/approve all payments and expenses to prevent leakage.
Financial Architecture: Improve and structure financial processes and systems from the ground up to support a fast-growing international organization.
Investor & Management Reporting: Develop sophisticated financial reports for management and international investors, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Administrative Governance: Oversee invoicing, bookkeeping, and payment cycles, while preparing financials for external tax advisors and accountants.
Risk Mitigation: Identify financial risks early and proactively contribute to strategic solutions.
Cross-Border Capital Optimization: Provide strategic financial advice to the Founder regarding his international corporate portfolio, including entities established in Hong Kong.
Dividend & Equity Governance: Oversee, structure, and optimize the distribution of corporate dividends, equity payouts, and intercompany fund transfers across global jurisdictions.
International Tax & Wealth Architecture: Collaborate with external global tax advisors to minimize risk and optimize wealth extraction pathways between Indonesian operations and offshore holdings.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience:
7–10 years of experience in Finance roles, within Real Estate, Hospitality, or relevant industries.
At least 5 years leading and managing Finance functions in project-driven businesses.
Experience with international structures (e.g., Indonesia, Hong Kong).
Technical Expertise:
Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in cash flow management, P&L management, and financial forecasting.
Builder Mindset: Entrepreneurial and hands-on, must be able to independently build structures and take ownership rather than just "maintaining" existing ones.
Global Corporate Structure Mastery: Proven familiarity with offshore financial regulations, specifically holding companies, cross-border banking, and compliance frameworks in hubs like Hong Kong.
Dividend & Capital Restructuring: Direct experience managing equity distribution models, dividend declarations, withholding taxes, and multinational corporate liquidities.
High-Level Advisory Presence: The confidence and maturity to advise an international Founder/Owner directly on global portfolio strategies rather than just localized property bookkeeping.
Personality & Attributes: Strong communication skills; able to explain complex financial matters clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Language: Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) for daily communication with management for coordination and reporting.
