The Role

We are seeking a well-connected, highly analytical, and diplomatic Listing & Portfolio Agent. You will serve as the vital link between local property owners, land developers, and our international agency standards, ensuring our inventory remains premier and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Expansion: Proactively scout, evaluate, and secure premium villas, eco-developments, and prime land plots across Bali’s key investment zones.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with local landowners (Bapak/Ibu), independent partners, and top-tier developers.

• Due Diligence: Verify property documentation, zoning regulations (Aspek), certificates, and leasehold terms prior to onboarding.

• Media Coordination: Work closely with our internal media team to ensure new listings are documented and presented with the highest aesthetic standards.

Requirements

• Network: An established professional network within the Bali real estate ecosystem.

• Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential to negotiate effectively across all backgrounds.

• Market Knowledge: Clear understanding of Bali land rules, pricing structures per are, zoning, and local property legalities.

• Mindset: Highly proactive, structurally organized, detail-oriented, and holding a collaborative team attitude.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: IDR 7,000,000 Gross per month.
