Job Description
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by engaging healthcare facilities, identifying hiring needs, building initial relationships, and scheduling meetings for Sales Managers. This role owns top-of-funnel sales activities and plays a critical role in supporting employer acquisition and business growth.
Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Set up: Onsite I Full-time
Work Schedule: US EST - Night shift
Required Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles
? Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers and conduct professional business conversations
? Experience handling high-volume outbound calls and overcoming objections
? Ability to build rapport, generate interest, and effectively qualify opportunities
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Key Accountabilities
Prospecting & Outreach
? Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to healthcare facilities and
employer prospects
? Identify decision-makers and establish initial engagement with potential employer
partners
? Generate interest in the company''s recruitment solutions
? Maintain consistent prospecting activity to build a healthy pipeline of opportunities
Appointment Setting & Qualification
? Assess employer hiring needs and determine fit for Jobley services
? Schedule qualified meetings between prospective employers and Sales Managers
? Confirm appointments and ensure strong meeting attendance rates
? Document prospect information, hiring needs, and engagement history
Pipeline & CRM Management
? Maintain accurate and timely records within CRM and internal systems
? Track outreach activities, responses, appointment outcomes, and follow-ups
? Ensure data accuracy and adherence to established sales processes
Employer Engagement
? Build positive relationships with prospective employers through professional and
consultative communication
? Re-engage inactive prospects and maintain ongoing communication when appropriate
? Support employer engagement initiatives that contribute to business growth and pipeline
generation
