Academic Operations Senior Staff (Students & Parents)

Responsibilities :

1. Support teachers in handling students who require special treatment or developmental support.

2. Monitor and recap the developmental conditions of students across all branches.

3. Develop and recommend appropriate teacher intervention strategies to support student development.

4. Conduct direct student observation when necessary.

5. Maintain communication with parents regarding student developmental concerns and progress.

6. Collaborate with external or sister-brand specialists if further professional treatment is required.

7. Provide guidance for teachers on appropriate approaches to support students’ behavioural and developmental needs.

8. Conduct and develop refreshment for all stakeholders regarding student milestones and developmental conditions.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology

2. 4-7 years total professional experience and at least 2-3 years in a role focuses on handling student & parent's issues.

3. Experience designing training curriculum end-to-end (from scratch, not just delivering workshops)

4. Strong coaching and mentoring ability

5. Ability to translate survey data into actionable improvement plans

6. Data literacy (identifying trends, not just collecting numbers) g. Strong report writing and presentation skills for management-facing deliverables

7. Good in communication, collaboration & team work, fast learning, agile & adaptive with changes, analytical & critical thinking, detail oriented, can perform in minimum supervision
