Job Responsibilities
Monitor and control quality performance across logistics operations, including RDC, PDI, vehicle maintenance, and transportation processes.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure operational activities comply with company standards, SOPs, and customer requirements.
Provide real-time feedback on site operational issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
Analyze quality data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the achievement of key operational KPIs, including quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
Assist in monitoring operational costs and revenue achievement while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Prepare quality reports, conduct regular audits, and present improvement recommendations to management.
Support quality training and promote quality awareness across operational teams.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive logistics, quality management, vehicle distribution, or related operations.
Strong understanding of RDC, PDI, vehicle transportation, maintenance processes, and quality control standards.
Experience in quality analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
Fluent in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
