Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate tour requirements from pre-tour until tour day
- Handle permits and required administrative processes
- Assist Tour Manager with ad-hoc operational tasks
- Conduct basic photography and video documentation during tours
- Content creation
- Website maintanance

Requirements :
- Strong communication skills (clear and confident)
- Detail-oriented and highly meticulous
- Friendly and customer oriented
- Experience in handling events is preferred
- Able to work from the office (West Jakarta) 2-3 days a week
- Availibility to work on weekends
- Undergraduate students (Tourism, Communication, Design, IT, History or Archaeology students) are encouraged to apply
