KENZZI is a fast-growing global consumer brand supplying major international retailers across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other international markets.

We operate across product sourcing, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and large-scale retail distribution. As the business scales, we need strong finance support to improve reporting, cash flow visibility, supplier tracking, inventory costs, and financial control.

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Accountant to support the finance function and help build stronger structure across the business.

This is not a slow, corporate accounting role. We need someone practical, accurate, commercially minded, and willing to get into the detail.

The role

You will support the finance function across reporting, reconciliations, supplier payments, cash flow, inventory costs, and business performance tracking.

Working closely with the CEO and senior finance leadership, you will help ensure the business has accurate numbers, strong controls, and clear financial visibility as it grows.

The right person will be detail-focused, reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-moving product-led business.

Key responsibilities

Accounting & reporting

• Prepare accurate financial reports and management information

• Support month-end reporting and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate accounting records across the business

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Track business performance across products, retailers, and markets

• Support tax, compliance, and external accounting requirements

Cash flow & payments

• Support cash flow tracking and payment planning

• Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations

• Track deposits, balances, payment terms, and upcoming commitments

• Help improve visibility over working capital and cash requirements

• Support banking, finance admin, and payment processes

Inventory & product costing

• Help track product costs, freight, duties, storage, and fulfilment costs

• Support inventory cost reporting and margin analysis

• Maintain accurate landed cost and supplier cost records

• Assist with stock, purchase order, and shipment tracking from a finance perspective

• Help identify cost issues, margin pressure, and reporting gaps

Systems & process improvement

• Improve finance processes, templates, and reporting structure

• Support ERP, inventory, and accounting system improvements

• Strengthen documentation, controls, and approval processes

• Help create cleaner reporting so the business can make faster decisions

What we’re looking for

• Experience in an accounting, management accounting, or finance support role

• Strong understanding of reconciliations, reporting, payments, and financial controls

• Experience in retail, consumer products, inventory, import/export, manufacturing, or supply chain is highly valuable

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Hands-on, practical, and able to work in the detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing business

• Commercial mindset and interest in how the business makes money

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred
