Job Description
Support daily fleet operations and monitor vehicle operational performance.
Coordinate vehicle onboarding/offboarding and assist in handling operational issues.
Manage transportation expenses, vehicle settlements, and contract administration.
Prepare driver attendance and payroll reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service quality.
Maintain accurate fleet records and operational documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Experience in fleet administration, transportation, or logistics is preferred.
Detail-oriented with good administrative and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
