Electrical Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision, with at least 2–3 years specifically in Data Center or Building Construction projects.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising subcontractors and site workers.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) for coordination.

• Familiar with MV/LV power distribution systems, cable routing, cable trays, and grounding system installation.

• Proficient in reading, reviewing, and verifying shop drawings using AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).

• Strong knowledge of IEC, Indonesian PUIL standards, and data center safety regulations.

• Excellent site coordination, communication, and hands-on problem-solving skills.

• Willing to be placed at any company site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site electrical construction, installation, and testing activities for the Data Center project.

• Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and suppliers to ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Review and verify electrical workshop drawings, technical data, and material submittals before implementation.

• Oversee the installation of critical systems, including MV/LV switchgears, transformers, UPS, generators, cable trays, and grounding systems.

• Monitor site quality control, conduct routine inspections, and ensure all works strictly comply with PUIL, IEC standards, and safety regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or design discrepancies encountered on-site promptly.

• Supervise and support Pre-Commissioning, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and inspection activities.

• Prepare regular site progress reports, construction records, and ensure proper documentation of "as-built" drawings.
