As a Web Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining website content across multiple e-commerce and brand platforms. This role ensures all web pages, articles, campaign materials, and promotional content are visually consistent, SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with brand and marketing objectives. You will work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, and Brand teams to maintain website quality and overall user experience across various brand portfolios
Responsibilities:
Multi-Website Management: Manage, maintain, and update website content across multiple brand platforms simultaneously using CMS platforms (WordPress & Shopify).
Content & SEO Creation: Create, write, and optimize engaging articles and blog posts integrated with SEO related keyword to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Campaign Execution: Update homepage banners, landing pages, and dedicated campaign pages, ensuring highlights are visible and aligned with marketing objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Copywriting teams to execute website campaigns and content strategies seamlessly.
UI/UX Optimization: Optimize website UI/UX presentation to improve user flow, readability, and overall customer engagement.
Basic Front-End Adjustments: Implement basic front-end tweaks and formatting using HTML and CSS when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in web content management, web administration, or similar roles.
Proven experience handling and managing multiple brand or e-commerce websites at the same time.
Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization tools.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands.
Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and a good visual sense for fashion, lifestyle imagery, or modern layouts.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end fundamentals.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
