1. Middle Office Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
This role acts as the critical bridge between our sales team and the finance/collection function, ensuring operational integrity and financial accuracy.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Order Verification: Audit all incoming sales orders to verify authenticity, product SKUs, pricing, and quantities. Flag any suspicious or duplicate entries for management.
• Customer Confirmation: Proactively contact customers to confirm order specifics and resolve any discrepancies between salesperson records and actual client needs.
• Payment Coordination: Manage customer communication via WhatsApp/WeChat groups, providing clear payment instructions and documenting all interactions.
• Accounts Receivable: Monitor payment due dates, issue timely reminders, and follow up persistently on overdue accounts until collection is complete.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of verified orders and prepare weekly collections reports for leadership.
• Requirements:
• Fluent Mandarin (Putonghua): Essential for daily communication with China-based management and Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify irregularities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital communication tools (WhatsApp/WeChat).
2. Auditor (Mandarin Speaker)
The Auditor ensures compliance and financial accuracy within our high-speed digital commerce environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Systematic Examination: Conduct regular audits of financial records, internal processes, and compliance standards.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all company operations follow local regulations and internal policies, bridging communication between local teams and the Head Office.
• Risk Assessment: Gauge levels of operational and financial risk, recommending changes where processes are inefficient or non-compliant.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings for management review.
• Requirements:
• Language Skills: Excellent command of Mandarin and English/Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate cross-cultural communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in internal controls or financial auditing is highly preferred.
3. Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
The Operations Specialist supports the daily administrative and technical backbone of our digital platform to maintain high efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities:
