Job Description :
Handle material planning and inventory control activities to ensure sufficient stock availability
Control inventory level and monitor DOH (Days on Hand) to maintain healthy stock coverage and support business operations.
Manage component ordering process with HQ across Europe, China, APAC and other regional countries.
Monitor income shipments, delivery schedules and stock movement to support operational requirements.
Coordinate with Production department, overseas suppliers, logistic department, warehouse department and related department for smooth material flow and production support.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situation.
Prepare material requirement planning and support production/campaign schedules.
Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly inventory and material planning report to General Manager.
Analyze inventory data and provide regular stock reports to management for business decision support.
Support import inbound logistic process, shipment monitoring and customs-related coordination.
Support sales team by retrieving and providing TDS (Technical Data Sheet) for articles already installed and produced in Indonesia.
Ensure inventory accuracy and support periodic stock opname activities.
Able to operate SAP system for inventory control, material planning, and reporting activities.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Requirement :
Has experience minimum 5 years as Material Planning function work in Manufacturing.
Familiar with english for office / work (oral & written).
Good with Ms Office, especially Excell.
Familiar with SAP.
Familiar with inbound logistic (import).
Has good analytical and logical thinking with good attitude.
