About us
General Travel is an inbound tour operator business, one of the longest running in New Zealand. Turning 53 this year, the company has been and continues to be an owner-operated business. We are looking for someone who can handle varied and multiple tasks as we update and maintain our systems, to ensure our tour consultants are able to do their roles effectively and efficiently.
No tourism experience is necessary though if you do then that is an added bonus! We are looking for someone with a good attitude, desire to learn, ability to be given tasks to complete alone for the most part but as part of our admin and IT systems team and part of the wider General Travel whanau.
Qualifications & experience
Good organisation skills
Ability to multi-task
Computer literate - Microsoft Admin and SharePoint skills preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
Loading data and code into our systems
Competency with spreadsheets
Onboarding new staff
and many other bits and pieces in our Admin Area!
