We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Growth Manager to help scale the business through customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets

  • Lead initiatives across customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and revenue growth

  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, market expansion initiatives, and brand positioning efforts

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to improve growth performance and customer experience

  • Build and manage KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision making

  • Drive revenue growth through hands-on execution across growth campaigns, partnerships, and commercial initiatives

  • Conduct growth experiments, analyze funnel performance, and continuously optimize conversion rates and customer journeys

  • Develop scalable acquisition systems, growth playbooks, and repeatable campaign strategies

  • Support founders and leadership team in strategic planning, prioritization, and growth-related decision making

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Marketing, Business Growth, or related roles within SaaS, AI, platform, or B2B technology companies

  • Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and product/service adoption

  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, customer lifecycle, conversion optimization, and experimentation frameworks

  • Commercially driven with strong business acumen and revenue ownership mindset

  • Experience managing performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, retention, LTV, pipeline performance, and revenue impact

  • Familiar with CRM systems, analytics tools, attribution tracking, and funnel analysis

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach

  • Hands-on executor who can work independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments

  • Comfortable collaborating across growth, product, sales, partnerships, and strategy functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, HR tech, AI, marketplaces, or U.S.-focused businesses

  • Experience launching or scaling new products, services, or market expansion initiatives

  • Background in market research, customer segmentation, positioning, or growth experimentation

  • Prior experience in early-stage startups or high-growth companies
