Job Description
Sales Leadership: Lead the boutique team to achieve monthly sales targets and drive overall growth in transaction value and unit volume.
Product Category Management: Optimize sales performance across all key product categories, including luxury handbags, ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories.
Clienteling & CRM: Oversee new client acquisition and ensure the team actively builds long-term relationships with VIP customers through personalized appointments.
Store Operations & Compliance: Maintain boutique operations at the highest standard to ensure satisfactory results in internal audits, visual merchandising, and customer satisfaction surveys (Mystery Shopper/NPS).
Team Development: Manage, mentor, and motivate the store staff, providing regular training to elevate sales performance and service quality.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in luxury fashion retail, premium retail, or high-end hospitality.
Competent in analyzing store performance metrics (such as conversion rates, units per transaction, and average basket sizes) to execute effective on-the-floor sales strategies.
Fluent in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
Strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of luxury customer service (clienteling), and excellent attention to operational and audit standards.
