Main Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO’s schedule, arranging meetings, and organizing travel
Ensure effective time management for the CEO by coordinating daily agendas, appointments, list of pending matters/emails and other priorities
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks related to the CEO's directives
Assist in personal management matters as required by the CEO
Experience & Skills:
Minimum D3 in Secretarial studies with strong leadership charisma
Proficient in English, both spoken and written; fluency in a second language (French, German, or Spanish) is a plus
Experience in handling multiple responsibilities at the corporate management level (e.g., accounting, legal, HR)
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); fast and accurate typing is essential
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage tasks effectively (psychological testing will be conducted)
