key responsibilities:
- coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling
- monitoring shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues
- work closely with sales and warehouse teams
- liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to optimize cost and service performance
- support continuous improvements in logistics efficiency and customer service
- optimize transport planning in the most efficient way
qualification:
- diploma/bachelor degree in Supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain as a leader team
- strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- have communication skills in English
- proficient in Microsoft Excell, Google Spreadsheet
