Technician Staff

We are a Japanese / Multinational manufacture where is located, Depok, Jawa Barat.

Main Purpose Job

This position requires the candidate to be based in Palembang.

1. Responsible for implementation achievement target marketing activity visit user, demo and user gathering that related with dealer sales activity specially for Solis Tractor.

2. Responsible for supporting and reporting related to after-sales service and assisting in parts product promotion.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with dealers to inspect, set up, maintain or repair the unit if required.

2. Conduct basic training of common use and maintenance to operators or mechanics.

3. Provide training on machine operation and light maintenance to customers as well as machine repair training for dealer mechanics.

4. Coordinate with dealers on service promotion and activities then evaluate their implementation.

5. Planning, implementation and reporting Yanmar service care events/demo periodically according to designate targets.

6. Support implementation and monitor achievement of dealer service and parts activities goals that are designated by head office.

Knowledge and Experience Required

1. Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering/agriculture engineering.

2. Minimum Experiences: 3,5 years in Agriculture machinery /Construction machinery company.
