Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
Min. 3 years of working experience as Shopping Mall / Retail General Manager or 5 years as Mall Operation Manager.
Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment.
Strong knowledge of Mall operations, tenant management, leasing, facility management, budgeting, and customer service.
Strong knowledge of building engineering systems, including MEP, HVAC, fire protection, elevators/escalators, and facility maintenance.
Proven leadership, strategic planning, financial management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be based in east of Jakarta or Bekasi.
Job Description:
Lead and oversee the overall operations of the shopping mall to ensure efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence.
Drive leasing strategies, tenant mix optimization, tenant retention, and commercial initiatives.
Oversee building operations, including engineering (including MEP, HVAC, Chiller and other Utilities), security, housekeeping, facility management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, government authorities, business partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and monitor operational budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
Responsible for Occupancy Tenant reports.
Lead and evaluate the performance of department heads and operational teams to drive continuous improvement.
Direct Report to Operation Director.
