Sympatico Styling is seeking a creative and highly organised Part-Time Social Media Content Creator & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team for approximately 21 hours per week.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interiors, luxury brands, photography and digital marketing. Working closely with our styling team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across our social media platforms, managing digital marketing activities, and helping showcase some of Canberra's most beautiful homes and property campaigns.
The position requires a combination of creativity, strong organisational skills and strategic thinking, with responsibilities spanning content creation, photography, videography, social media management, advertising campaigns and general marketing support.
Content Creation & Photography
Photograph and film completed styling projects, behind-the-scenes content and team activities.
Capture high-quality photography and videography suitable for social media, marketing campaigns and brand communications.
Create engaging Reels, stories, carousel posts and other short-form video content.
Edit photos and videos to align with Sympatico Styling's premium brand aesthetic.
Attend property installs, photoshoots, team events and industry functions to capture content.
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Write captions, social media copy and campaign messaging.
Monitor social media channels, respond to community engagement and identify opportunities for growth.
Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Marketing & Advertising
Assist with the management of paid social media advertising campaigns.
Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Assist with website updates and other marketing initiatives as required.
Administration & General Support
Provide administrative support relating to marketing activities when required.
Assist with coordinating content schedules, campaign deadlines and project management tasks.
Support the broader team with various business and marketing initiatives as required.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar software.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
An interest in interiors, property, design or luxury brands.
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
