We are a growing luxury property developer based in Bali, specializing in high-end villas and hospitality projects. We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to creating exceptional living spaces.
What You'll Do
Assist in developing architectural concepts from design through construction.
Prepare architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and presentation materials.
Create 2D and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas.
Coordinate with Project, Construction, and Interior teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and maintain design quality.
Revise drawings based on project requirements, technical feedback, and site conditions.
Ensure all designs comply with company standards, building regulations, and project timelines.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
1–2 years of experience in architecture, property development, or hospitality projects (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Lumion, Enscape, or Revit is a plus.
Good understanding of construction drawings and architectural detailing.
Detail-oriented with excellent design sense.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Passionate about creating thoughtful, functional, and inspiring spaces.
