Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Office Administration, or any related field
- With experience in after-sales operations, spare parts administration, inventory management, or warehouse support functions
- Knowledgeable in spare parts inventory monitoring, stock control, and inventory documentation
- Familiar with processing spare parts requests, stock issuances, receiving transactions, and inventory records
- Experienced in handling administrative tasks, report preparation, and document management
- Knowledgeable in inventory reconciliation, stock movement monitoring, and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using ERP systems, inventory management software, or warehouse systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical, and record-management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify inventory discrepancies and documentation issues
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with internal departments and service teams
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Trustworthy, dependable, and capable of handling confidential inventory records
- Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
- Available to start immediately
Job Description
- Maintain and update spare parts inventory records to ensure accurate stock monitoring and availability
- Process spare parts requests, stock issuances, receiving transactions, and related inventory documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements to prevent stock shortages
- Assist in conducting inventory counts, stock verification, and reconciliation activities
- Prepare inventory reports, spare parts utilization reports, and other administrative documentation
- Coordinate with after-sales, warehouse, procurement, and service teams regarding spare parts requirements and stock movements
- Monitor incoming and outgoing spare parts transactions and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Maintain organized filing systems for inventory records, transaction documents, and spare parts reports
- Investigate inventory variances and assist in resolving stock discrepancies
- Support after-sales operations by ensuring timely processing of spare parts requests and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures, documentation standards, and operational policies
- Perform other spare parts administration, inventory control, and office support functions assigned by management
