About the role
Looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Classroom Evaluator to join the education team at PT. Indomobil Edukasi Utama in Jakarta. As a Classroom Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of our English programs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality instruction to our students.
What you'll be doing
Observe and evaluate classroom activities, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies to identify areas for improvement
Provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance their teaching style
Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement strategies for improving student engagement and learning outcomes
Maintain detailed records of classroom observations and evaluations
Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum and educational resources
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in English Education or English Literature
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Teaching experience in English is preferable
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with teaching staff
Proficient in data collection, analysis, and report writing
Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
