About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support our prestigious Lexxus CVS Account at our state-of-the-art site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues with care, and delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients smiling.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)
Basic Monthly Salary: ?18,000 to ?23,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Who We Are Looking For
To ensure high-quality service delivery, candidates must meet at least one of the following educational and experience pathways:
Pathway A: College Graduate of any 4-year course (Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience required).
Pathway B: Completed at least 2 years in College (minimum of 72 units completed successfully) PLUS at least 6 months of customer service-related experience (BPO or non-BPO equivalent).
Core Requirements:
Good to excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic computer literacy and comfortable navigating multiple system windows.
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ready to work on-site at our office in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or account management with professionalism and empathy.
Troubleshoot customer issues patiently and escalate complex situations to the appropriate team when necessary.
Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the database.
Meet and exceed individual performance targets (KPIs) such as Quality Assurance scores, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
