Responsibilities
Monitor daily site safety activities.
Conduct routine safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
Ensure workers comply with PPE and safety regulations.
Assist in safety training and toolbox meetings.
Prepare daily and weekly HSE reports.
Report hazards, incidents, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams regarding HSE compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in large construction projects.
Holds a valid Indonesian K3 General (AK3U) / HSE Certification.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Data Center project experience is an advantage.
