We are a leading international restaurant chain with a growing network of restaurants, as part of our continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead the transformation of our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is intended for a strategic and hands-on leader who can modernize existing systems, strengthen operational controls, optimize inventory performance, and build scalable processes to support future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the company's Supply Chain strategy aligned with business expansion and operational excellence.
Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations across:
Purchasing
Warehouse
Inventory Control
Logistics & Distribution
PPIC
Central Kitchen Supply Planning
Establish long-term supply chain capabilities that support business scalability.
Inventory & Data Management
Develop inventory strategies that optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock aging, inventory turnover, shrinkage, forecasting accuracy, and replenishment performance.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure high-quality master data management across all Supply Chain functions
ERP & Digital Transformation
Optimize ERP utilization across Purchasing, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, and PPIC.
Improve system integration, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility.
Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance reporting, documentation, forecasting, operational analysis, workflow automation, and executive presentations.
Business Partnership
Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to Executive Management.
Present executive-level reports covering operational performance, inventory health, procurement efficiency, cost optimization, and business risks.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Central Kitchen, QA, HR, and Executive Leadership.
Leadership & Change Management
Lead, coach, and develop Supply Chain teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Successfully influence and manage experienced teams with long organizational tenure.
Build a performance-driven culture focused on operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Lead organizational change with strong stakeholder management and effective communication.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive Supply Chain experience.
Minimum 5 years leading Supply Chain as Head.
Experience managing Supply Chain operations within Restaurant, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or Multi-site businesses.
Proven success in Supply Chain transformation, operational excellence, ERP implementation, warehouse optimization, or business process improvement projects.
