Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
Min. 3 years of experience in Tenant Relations, Apartment Management, Residential Property Management, Building Management, or Condominium Management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of apartment operations, tenant management, lease administration, fit-out and handover processes, building regulations, and residential property management.
Experience in handling tenant complaints, coordinating with internal departments, supervising vendors, and resolving operational issues effectively.
Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), emergency procedures, building operations, and residential management standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), ERP, or CRM systems is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.
Willing to be placed at Fatmawati City Center (South Jakarta).
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between apartment management and tenants by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication regarding operational matters, policies, and community updates.
Handle tenant inquiries, requests, complaints, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution through coordination with relevant departments.
Monitor tenant compliance with house rules, building regulations, safety standards, lease agreements, and company policies while addressing non-compliance appropriately.
Coordinate tenant move-in, move-out, fit-out, renovation, and handover activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and operational standards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Property Management, and other departments to ensure smooth building operations and prompt resolution of tenant-related issues.
Prepare and maintain tenant-related documentation, operational reports, correspondence, permits, vendor coordination records, and other administrative documents.
Supervise the Tenant Relations team, implement company policies and SOPs, and identify opportunities to improve tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
