About The Company:

Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Property Project Management Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the ongoing residential housing development project (KINARI).
Coordinate and communicate with the local business partner (EASTON URBAN KAPITAL).
Monitor project progress, schedules, and overall project execution.
Prepare and support project-related documentation and reports.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Conduct market research and business analysis related to real estate projects.
In the future, participate in real estate acquisition and sales projects, as well as new business development initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Necessary Skills / Experience
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Japanese company.
Conversational level English communication skills.
Honest, ethical, and responsible personality.
Stable career history (candidates with frequent job changes or a history of disciplinary dismissal are not preferred).
Willingness to learn real estate investment and project management after joining the company.
Experience in finance, investment, M&A, SPC (Special Purpose Company) establishment, or business investment.
Experience in project management or business planning.
Preferable Skills / Experience
Knowledge of the real estate industry.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Japanese language skills.
