JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Communicating with Japanese (handle check-in and check-out operations).
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on by telephone, answering or reffering inquiries as soon as they arrive at the office
- Provide information and services according to guests needs
- Coordinate with related department regarding guest needs and record them according work procedures
- Receive and follow up complaints from guest to be solved with good coordination with related department
REQUIREMENTS :
- Age around 20 - 28 years old.
- Can speak Japanese Conversational level (minimum has JLPT N3 / N2).
- Good looking is a must and also well groomed person
- Hospitality experience is preferably
