We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Head (Assistant Manager) to lead warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain cold chain standards, and manage warehouse resources to support efficient distribution and business growth.
Job Description
Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution activities
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, inventory control, and proper warehouse management system (WMS) utilization
Maintain cold chain integrity and ensure compliance with food safety standards, including FIFO/FEFO implementation and warehouse audit readiness
Coordinate warehouse dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to stores
Manage warehouse manpower, shift planning, and operational productivity
Monitor and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) performance to ensure operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
Collaborate with Supply Planning and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the Food Industry or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, cold chain management, and food safety standards
Experience in managing Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage
Willing to be placed at Jababeka Commissary, Cikarang
