Warehouse Head

Placement: Jababeka Commissary, Cikarang

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Head (Assistant Manager) to lead warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain cold chain standards, and manage warehouse resources to support efficient distribution and business growth.

Job Description

• Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution activities

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, inventory control, and proper warehouse management system (WMS) utilization

• Maintain cold chain integrity and ensure compliance with food safety standards, including FIFO/FEFO implementation and warehouse audit readiness

• Coordinate warehouse dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to stores

• Manage warehouse manpower, shift planning, and operational productivity

• Monitor and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) performance to ensure operational efficiency and cost effectiveness

• Collaborate with Supply Planning and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the Food Industry or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, cold chain management, and food safety standards

• Experience in managing Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage

• Willing to be placed at Jababeka Commissary, Cikarang
