Key Responsibilities
On-the-Ground Project Execution: Lead day-to-day sales projects directly in the field, ensuring maximum market penetration and achievement of volume targets.
Agency & Partner Acquisition: Spend extensive time in the field identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with local third-party agencies, merchant partners, and dealer networks.
Local Market Insight: Conduct real-time field observations, competitor shadowing, and customer feedback collection to rapidly adjust localized sales strategies.
Sales Tracking & KPI Management: Monitor project milestones, establish individual agent targets, and report performance analytics back to the Operations.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales departments to streamline the end-to-end processing of applications originating from the field.
Requirement:
Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English (highly preferred/required) and at least excellent, fluent Bahasa.
Professional Experience: Strong experience in sales or field operations, with a strong preference for individuals who have a proven track record of managing ground teams.
Industry Background: Strong background within Multifinance, Fintech lending, or Leasing industries. Solid experience with BPKB-backed lending products is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Exceptional understanding of BPKB field operations, document handling workflows, and asset-backed lending requirements.
Core Competencies: High resilience for extensive field travel, exceptional negotiation capabilities, strong leadership skills, and the capability to convert raw field data into actionable weekly reports.
