About the role

PT En Prima Food And Beverage is seeking an experienced Guest Relation Manager to join our team in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. As Guest Relation Manager, you will be the bridge between our guests and our operations, responsible for managing guest interactions, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term relationships that drive loyalty and satisfaction. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every visitor.

What you'll be doing

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit

  2. Managing guest inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism, promptness and empathy

  3. Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

  4. Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements based on their suggestions and concerns

  5. Handling special requests and occasions to create memorable experiences for valued guests

  6. Training and supervising front office and guest services staff to maintain service standards

  7. Maintaining detailed guest profiles and preference records to personalise future visits

  8. Resolving conflicts and challenging situations with tact, discretion and professionalism

  9. Preparing regular reports on guest satisfaction metrics and service performance

  10. Developing and implementing guest relation strategies to enhance retention and loyalty

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in guest relations, front office management, or similar customer-facing hospitality and f&b roles

  2. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting guest relationships

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds

  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure whilst handling difficult situations

  5. Proficiency in hospitality management systems and computer applications

  6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

  7. Organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  8. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members

  9. Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices

  10. Certification in hospitality management or customer service is preferred but not essential
