International Business Development Executive

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in International sales and marketing

• Proven experience in market research and analysis, particularly ininternational markets

• Experience in selling footwear to international and overseas markets

• Strong adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing market conditions and business needs

• Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend trade shows or industry events

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company targets in international markets

• Identify and expand new business opportunities overseas

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, competitors, and potential customers in export markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients

• Handle end-to-end export sales process, including negotiation, quotation, and contract management

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery

• Represent the company in international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

• Stay adaptable to market changes and continuously seek improvement in sales strategies
