Job Overview:
To support business and sales operations through administrative and coordination activities, including communication with both local and international principals, documentation management, and data processing to ensure efficient and effective business operations aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage business correspondence, memos, and documentation for both internal and external purposes (including local and international principals).
Act as the main administrative liaison for one assigned principal, supporting communication, coordination, and reporting.
Prepare and maintain sales and performance reports using Microsoft Excel for business analysis and decision support.
Support GM Business and Sales Manager in daily administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling all business information and documentation.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3).
preferably 2 years of experience in business administration, coordination, or sales support roles (preferably in pharmaceutical distribution, medical devices, or FMCG industries).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting).
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good understanding of business administrative processes and principal/distributor relationships.
Basic analytical skills for sales and business data reporting.
Able to communicate professionally with local and international principals.
