  • Menyusun estimasi biaya proyek berdasarkan gambar kerja, spesifikasi, dan BOQ.

  • Melakukan perhitungan volume pekerjaan (Quantity Take-Off).

  • Menyiapkan proposal/RAB.

Kualifikasi :

  • S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, atau jurusan terkait.

  • Pengalaman 8-10 tahun sebagai Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, diutamakan pengalaman di project Well Pad Preparation / Geothermal

  • Memahami BOQ, RAB, Quantity Take-Off, dan analisa harga satuan.

  • Mampu membaca gambar teknik, P&ID, isometrik, dan dokumen teknis proyek.

  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan AutoCAD; menguasai software estimasi menjadi nilai tambah.

  • Penempatan di Sukabumi, Jawa Barat.
