BUILDING MAINTENANCE
We are currently looking for a qualified, reliable, and hardworking Building Maintenance Personnel to join our team.
Qualifications:
With basic knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical works
With basic knowledge and experience in plumbing works
With skills in carpentry and minor repair works
With knowledge in air-conditioning maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Willing to perform basic utility, repair, and maintenance tasks
Able to drive both motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicle
With valid driver’s license
Willing to perform field-related tasks when needed
Willing to stay-in davao city
Hardworking, trustworthy, responsible, and flexible
Can work with minimal supervision
Willing to perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of building facilities
Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning repairs
Assist in basic utility works and general building upkeep
Report maintenance concerns and recommend necessary repairs
Assist in fieldwork, errands, and Credit Investigation tasks when required
Ensure that all assigned areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained
