Job Position: Driver Recruiter Location: Twin Falls, Idaho or Remote Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401k Business: Transportation Company ## Must Have Driver Recruiting Experince Driver Recruiter Job Description A Driver Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, screening, & interviewing qualified applicants for Independent Contractor & Company Driver positions while also working closely with the Operations and Safety. The Driver Recruiter is also responsible for conducting new driver orientations processing new hirers through our onboarding program, and adhering to a standardized agenda and processes. Driver Recruiter Responsibilities - Assist with the job posting and advertising process - Screen applications and select qualified candidates - Schedule and conduct interviews - Go over company packages, perks, benefits, etc. - Collaborate and correspond with other departments such as Operations and Safety - Conduct new driver orientations - Process new hires through our onboarding program Driver Recruiter Requirements - Maintain a positive attitude - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to multitask - Problem-solving skills - Computer experience - Perform other job-related duties as assigned What We Offer - Opportunity for Professional & Personal Growth - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401K - Flexible Spending Account - Aflac - PTO Who We Are GLS Carriers started out as the owner-operator arm of our sister company, Giltner Transportation.
