Job Description:
Review company financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and manage data for reconciliation and tax equalization.
Handle and coordinate the external audit process with auditors.
Requirements & Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience in the same field (Tax / Accounting / Audit).
Deep knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, Indonesian taxation, and financial reporting standards.
Familiar with tax regulations and compliance requirements (PSAK, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Tools, especially Ms. Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) and Ms. Word.
Strong analytical review skills, highly detail-oriented with high accuracy, responsible, and possesses good problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and high discipline.
Preferred Qualifications (Value Plus):
Possessing Brevet A/B/C is highly preferable.
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with an auditing background is a major advantage.
